Q. Do we need to pay a deposit?
A. Yes please, when making a booking I require a deposit of £75. This fee is deducted from whatever album package you choose.
Q. Do we need to decide how many prints we require prior to the wedding?
A. No, not really although a rough guide would be useful. Every wedding I photograph I take as many shots as possible and of course a good percentage of these will be relaxed and informal (not posed).
Q. How do we view our photographs?
A. Images are now displayed online. The website is password protected so you would be in full control as to who has access to your site. Your families and friends can also order and pay for photographs directly from the site.
Q. How long will the images remain “live” on the website?
A. For six months. Orders can still be placed after this period directly with myself.
Q. How long do you hold onto the images from our wedding?
A. I guarantee to hold on to the files for a minimum of 10 years. Orders can be accepted at any time at the price ruling at the date your order is placed.
Q. When do we need to pay for the balance of our album?
A. The balance is due to paid at least 7 working days prior to your wedding. For your convenience I accept all major credit cards.
